Hello Everyone! I am terribly sorry for my absence here on the blog. There’s been jet lag, school, friends, and of course, life! None the less, I have descided to bring back Active Archives! This weeks workout was a bit low key because I’m trying to get back into the swing of things, but if you’d like a more rigorous routine you can check out my older posts.
